The new AFI 2.5 and AFI 1.5 — each engineered to withstand the harsh life at sea and backed by 3-year warranty. These heavy-duty wiper motors feature fully sealed, powder-coated aluminum bases and housings that are completely waterproof. Ruggedly built for marine use, with chrome plated solid brass knurled drive nuts, super strong 5/8” diameter brass and stainless steel drive shafts, powerful two-speed motors and sealed six-inch leads of 16 AWG marine wire. Both new motors offer important features for boaters including availability in 12V or 24V models, coast to park and adjustable right or left self-parking upon shut-off. In addition, these motors are available with factory pre-set sweep angles of 80° or 110°, with easy adjustments to 45° or 60°. Manufactured with RF shielded circuitry, minimizing troublesome interference with radar, depthsounders, chart plotters, VHF radios, stereos and other important navigation and entertainment electronics.
